Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions of respondent, who is personally present assures and undertakes to this Court that Rs.5,54,839/-, being outstanding TDS, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four months from today.

Learned counsel for respondent further assures and undertakes to this Court that interest and/or penalty levied, if any, by the Income Tax Department shall be borne by the respondent.

The statements/undertakings given by the respondent are accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same. Recording the aforesaid undertakings, present contempt petition is closed.
