% 09.01.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, state in unison, that the underlying dispute that led to the institution of the present petition has been amicably settled by and between the parties and the terms and conditions of the settlement are enshrined in the Settlement Agreement dated 06.01.2017. In pursuance to the said Settlement Agreement dated 06.01.2017, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-company has handed over the following cheques to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner:- S.No.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts the above said cheques subject to their encashment.

The said Settlement Agreement dated 06.01.2017 entered into between the parties herein is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 06.01.2017, without demur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner undertakes to file the original settlement agreement entered into between the parties on record, during the course of the day today. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted.
