The learned counsel for the respondents has handed over the cheque of Rs. 4.5 Lakhs to the petitioner today in the Court towards settlement of all the claims with regard to the employment of the petitioner vide a cheque bearing no. 000418 dated 07.08.2025 drawn on ICICI Bank.
