% 08.04.2025 CRL.M.A. 10823/2025 SEEKING WAIVER OF COST 1.

The Court takes note of the order dated 18.11.2024, by which the FIR bearing no. 34/2021 was quashed subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- by the petitioner, to be deposited with the Delhi Police Welfare Society, within a period of twelve weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for waiver of the cost on the ground that petitioner is unemployed and his parents have already passed away and there is no financial support from where he can arrange cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Even though the directions were to deposit the cost within a period of twelve weeks, the order has not been complied with so much so the application has been filed after much delay.

The application is therefore dismissed.
