The plaintiff seeks modification of the order dated 3rd February, 2015 disposing of the suit in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 29th January, 2015. It is stated that the number of the property subject matter of the suit has been wrongly recorded in the order.

The description of the property in the order is in accordance with the plaint and the order disposing of the suit being consistent with the plaint, does not require any modification.

The counsel for the plaintiff / applicant withdraws the application with liberty to take appropriate steps.
