% 15.03.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice. Respondent no.2 Ms. Anchal is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Chanchal of police station G.T.B. Enclave. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner amicably, vide a Compromise Deed dated 27th January, 2018; therefore, FIR No.284/2016 under Sections 354(D)/506 IPC registered at police station G.T.B. Enclave on the complaint of respondent no. 2, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed. Respondent no.
2 says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further
submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.284/2016 under Sections 354(D)/506 IPC registered at police station G.T.B. Enclave, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
