This appeal is directed against the judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge on 21 October 2024, in terms of which the prayer as sought by the appellant herein for requiring the respondents to award passing marks in the Public International Law LB-205 examination and to issue a L.L.B. degree has come to be negated. 2.

The record would reflect that the appellant had enrolled in the L.L.B Course with the Campus Law Center, University of Delhi in 2014. He was originally supposed to have completed the full three year L.L.B. course by 2017. clear the course. The record would further reflect that although the appellant appeared as an ex-student in 2020, he failed to obtain the minimum passing marks in Public International Law LB-205. It is this position which remained unchanged even in 2022 and 2023. 3.

In fact, the learned Single Judge has found that although the respondent had held the centenary examinations in 2022 and 2023, the appellant failed to participate in the same.

On an overall conspectus of the aforesaid, we find no merit in the instant appeal. The same shall accordingly stand dismissed. YASHWANT VARMA, J.
