Learned counsel for the defendants pointed out that the value of the subject matter of the present suit is less than Rs.2 crores, therefore, it has to be transferred to the court of concerned District Judge, which position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that since the cause of action has arisen in South District, therefore, the suit has to be transferred to the South District, Saket Court.

Accordingly, the present suit is transferred to the District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Court, who shall mark the suit to the court of competent jurisdiction.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket on 03.02.2025.
