The applicant was given notional promotion as Chief Medical Officer w.e.f. 25.1.1999, as has been recorded in the earlier portion of the final order/judgment. The date 1.1.2006 will be accordingly read as 25.1.1999. However, this correction would not make any effect to the final order/judgment.
