The present petition is filed under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

It is submitted that the arbitral proceedings are at an advance stage and the claimant has already concluded his final arguments. 5.
Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that an appropriate extension of time be granted for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

Considering the averments made in the petition and joint request of learned counsel of parties, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of arbitral award is extended till 30.04.2025. 7.
