As per the Office report, the notice could not be issued to the GNCTD as the Process Fee (PF) was not filed.

Learned counsel representing the applicant once again prays for another opportunity to deposit the PF. Let him do so within next five working days to enable the Office to issue notice. 3.

However, if the applicant fails to deposit the PF within the aforesaid period, the application filed by the applicant shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Bench.
