% 04.11.2016 Learned counsel for the parties state that they have entered into a full and final settlement agreement dated 15^'' October, 2016 under which th respondents have paid Rs. 50 crores by way of Demand Draft dated 15 October, 2016 drawn on HDFC Bank.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid statement, petitioner has no further claim against the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents assures and undertakes to this Court that respondents shall comply with the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
The statements made by both the counsel are accepted by this Court and both the parties are held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petitions and pending applications are disposed of as satisfied and bailable warrants issued against respondent no. 3 are cancelled.
