% 22.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the trial Court by way of review application after ascertaining the reasons from the previous counsel as to why statement was made to close the defence evidence statedly without instructions.
