O R D E R

% 20.07.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 19.07.2018 executed between them. Parties may file a copy of the Settlement Agreement before this Court during the course of the day.

It is further submitted that in terms of the settlement, properties attached vide order dated 20.07.2017 have to be released from attachment. The Decree Holder has no objection to the same. The attachment order would accordingly stand withdrawn.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Decree Holder to revive the same in case of any default of the Judgment Debtor.
