O R D E R

1.

Respective counsel for the parties, as also the petitioner who is present in person, submit that a settlement agreement dated 01.07.2025 has been arrived at between the respective parties (petitioner and authorised representative of respondent no. 5). The said settlement agreement has been brought on record.

It is also submitted by the respective counsel for the parties (and also the petitioner who is present in person), that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner in terms thereof has been paid (including a bank draft bearing No.590047 dated 24.07.2025) and no further amount is payable to the petitioner.

It is further affirmed that the parties shall remain bound with the terms of the settlement agreement.

It is informed that the pending proceedings referred to in the settlement agreement have already been withdrawn in terms of the covenants thereof.
