Present writ petition has been filed challenging the decision of respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, PWD, GNCTD to reject the technical bid of the petitioner in a tender for cleaning of sewer lines by super sucker machine issued by respondent no.1/PWD, GNCTD. The petitioner further seeks a direction to respondent no.2 to issue work order in favour of the petitioner and to not issue a work order in favour of respondent nos.3 and 4. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 states that the tender in question has been cancelled.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondent nos.1 and 2 are held bound by the same.

In view of the aforesaid statement, present writ petition along with the applications is disposed of as infructuous.
