The present petition alleges that Respondents are violating Petitioner's rights and are intending to dispossess the Petitioner illegally without, in violation of principles of natural justice. It is asserted that Ms. Beeru Sehgal is in possession of valid and active license to run the Petitioner-club and despite the grant of said licenses, the constructions carried out in the Petitioner-club were demolished. It is further urged that the Petitioner, through its authorised signatory, issued a series of letters and reminders to the New Delhi Municipal Council accompanied with their valid license for running the Delhi Riding Club seeking permission for reconstruction of their premises. 2.
In light of the above facts, Petitioner, through this instant petition, seeks a blanket order, directing Respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner without adhering to the due process of law. cannot be entertained without any specific cause of action urged in the present petition. Respondents are State authority, which are bound by the provisions of law and any action taken by them, would have to act within the contours of the relevant legislations and in accordance with law. Therefore, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed.
