Pursuant to the previous order dated 14th November, 2024, it is reported by the ASC for the State, on instructions of the SHO, that directions of this Court were complied with.

He further states that respondent No.4 was found present on the property along with the maid Shalini who was also told to leave the premises. locked by one of the family members of the petitioner. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner agrees that the order was complied with and the unauthorised and unidentified persons, as per them, have been removed from inside and outside the premises.

Mr. Sunil Dalal, Senior Counsel who appears on behalf of respondent No.4, states that the respondent No.4 was also extricated from the property on that day by the petitioner and her family. 5.

As regards the access of respondent No.4 to the premises, that was a matter which was not within the remit of this petition since it is a subject matter of inter se matrimonial proceedings and other disputes between the parties.

It is made clear that this Court has not passed any orders relating to respondent No.4 and the orders were merely restricted to ensuring that unidentified and unauthorised persons, be not present, which would have affected the security and safety of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen. 7.

Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
