The application stands disposed of.

O.M.P.(MISC.) (COMM.) 32/2018 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended by a further period of twelve weeks. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has heard the final arguments and the matter is reserved for publishing the award. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the time for making the award expires.

This Court is of the view that in the given circumstances, it would be apposite to allow this application. The same is, accordingly, allowed and the time for making the arbitral award is extended by a further period of twelve

weeks from today.
