% 22.09.2016 CS(OS) 1538/2007 Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 16.09.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 01.09.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court, as per which the jurisdiction of present matter does not lies in New Delhi District as the suit property is situated in Moti Nagar, which falls within the jurisdiction of Tis Hazari Courts. In view of the same, the ministerial order dated 18.03.2016 for transfer of the present matter to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, Delhi, is modified.

As per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 05.10.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
