% 27.04.2018 The appellant is aggrieved by an order of the learned Single Judge and complaints that it was not afforded hearing and that the impugned order virtually directs demolition of the property in issue. Mr. G.D. Mishra, learned standing counsel for the second respondent, which was required by the impugned order to examine the question of unauthorised nature of structure, if any, submits that according to the instructions received by him the building and the structure concerned, in which the appellant is interested, would not be demolished, at least till the next date of hearing before the learned

Single Judge i.e. 28.05.2018.

In view of this statement no further orders are called for. The appeal is disposed of.
