% 14.03.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, after making some submissions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Leave granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending applications also stand disposed of. Needless to state, however, that if Gaurav Sawai, the younger son of the appellant has to attend coaching classes, he may inform the respondent, his father accordingly, and the latter would make it convenient to escort him to and fro from the coaching classes, on the dates and times fixed for the said purpose.
