The singular grievance raised by the petitioners is that they are not being heard by the respondent in pursuance to show cause notice dated 7.2.2018.

To be noted, petitioners have filed the reply to the show cause notice, which is dated 20.2.2018.

Mr. Singh who appears for the respondent says that he has received instructions to the effect that respondent will grant personal hearing to the authorized representative of the petitioners.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to issue a written notice to the petitioners indicating therein date, time and venue where the authorized representative of the petitioners would have to appear for grant of personal hearing. 7.
Pending applications accordingly stand closed. 8.
No costs.
