% 22.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for interim bail on the ground that his wife is to be operated for her ailments of LBA and Radiculopathy at District M.M.G. Hosptial, G.T. Road, Ghaziabad. It is stated that petitioner's wife has been advised to get herself admitted in the hospital on 27th March, 2018. Factum of surgery of petitioner's wife has been verified by the State.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

After completion of interim bail period petitioner shall surrender

before the Superintendent Jail.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
