% 09.01.2019 Crl. MA No. 30507/2018 (under Section 482 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner seeking directions to comply with the terms of settlement dated 20.03.2018 and the directions passed in W.P. (Crl.) No. 761/2018. It is an admitted position that, Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary is complying with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 14th November, 2018, although a grievance has been expressed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 5 & 6 that, he does not escort Baby Riyanshika to the children's room of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on time. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary whilst refuting the above allegation states that, they shall comply with the directions issued in the said order dated 14th November, 2018, both in letter and spirit.
