Petitioners have assailed order dated 28.08.2025 of the learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the learned court dismissed the application of the present petitioners, holding that no clarification is required in order dated 04.08.2020. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. 4.
