Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that by virtue of the order dated 26.11.2025 in CS(COMM) 1225/2025, this Court had decreed the Suit in favour of the petitioners herein, which was the plaintiff in the said suit. The said decree was passed on the basis of the undertaking-cum-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent, who was the defendant therein. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a certified copy of the said undertaking-cum-affidavit shall also be filed in the present petition. He submits that the petition may be allowed in terms of the said judgment/order dated 26.11.2025.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 26.11.2025 in CS(COMM) 1225/2025 and stands disposed in terms of prayers (a) & (b) of the petition.
