The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for willfully, knowingly and deliberately violating the order dated 09.09.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 2882 of 2025 in total disregard to the dignity of this Hon'ble Court; And / Or;

b. impose a fine on contemnor for such amount(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for blatantly and deliberately violating the order dated 09.09.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 2882 of 2025; And / Or;

c. pass an order against contemnor thereby imposing an adequate punishment as per Section 12 of the Contempt of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Courts Act, 1971; And / Or;
