The present Petition has been filed to challenge the Order dated 10.04.2012 registered under Section 156(3) CR.P.C for quashing for quashing the FIR No. 44/2012 registered at PS EOW under Sections 420/120B/468/406/471/409 IPC.

Pursuant to the Order of the learned ACMM dated 10.04.2012 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the FIR had been registered and on the completion of the investigations, the Closure Report has been submitted on 26.06.2022. 3.

A Protest Petition has been filed by the complainant against the Closure Report, which is pending adjudication. 4.

In view of the circumstances, the present Petition has become infructous and is disposed of with liberty to the parties to seek further relief in view of the subsequent events in accordance with law.
