Petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners challenging Order dated 04.01.2025 passed by learned Special Judge-NDPS, Saket Courts in Criminal Appeal No.474/2024 under Section 138 NI Act, whereby the Petitioners were directed to deposit 20% of the fine/compensation amount within 60 days from the date of Order. 4.

By way of present Petition, Petitioners are seeking extension of time to deposit the fine/compensation amount.

It is submitted that the Petitioners are in the process of selling the property in Dehradun, Uttarakhand and therefore, more time be given for depositing the fine/compensation amount.

There is no merit in present Petition, which his hereby dismissed along with pending Applications.
