The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 47/2017 dated 29.01.2017 registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the applicant has already been arrested. 3.

In view of the above, the present application has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.

The applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with law.
