% 27.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to press for the grant of compensation inclusive of the amount invested by the petitioner (the plaintiff of the case) with the respondent (the defendant of the case) pursuant to the agreement to sell dated 14.12.1986, in terms of the existing prayer clauses in the plaint. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
