% 23.03.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.122/2017, PS CWC/Nanak Pura, registered under Sections 498A/406/377/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the respondent no.2 and the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in terms of the Clause-1 of the said settlement document, a sum of Rs. 14 lakh is to be paid to the respondent no.2 by the petitioner, of which a sum of Rs. 7 lakhs has been paid and the balance sum of Rs. 7 lakh is to be paid at the time of the recording of the statement under Section 13(B)(2) of HMA, 1955, which petition is yet to be filed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petition under Section 13(B)(2) of HMA, 1955 would be filed tomorrow. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it

afresh after the decree of divorce is passed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed. ANU MALHOTRA, J MARCH 23, 2018 vm
