Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to challenge the summoning Order dated 20.07.2018 of learned MM whereby the Petitioner has been summoned in CC No. 8667/2018 under Section 138 NI Act.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the same before the Court of Sessions or to take appropriate remedy. 3.
