The present application has been filed by the Petitioner- Amit Kumar under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 inter alia seeking release of the detained goods of the Petitioner, in accordance with judgment dated 6th February 2025 passed by this Court in the present petition. 3.

Ms. Mayusha Goyal, Additional Commissioner appears and submits that the pre-printed form has already been dispensed with and changes are also being made in the detention receipt and other pre-printed forms are also being reviewed by the Customs Department.
