By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 245/2025 dated 20.09.2025, registered at Police Station Delhi Cantt, under Sections 351(3) and 126(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ["BNS"], alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

By order dated 11.02.2026, the parties were referred to mediation under the aegis of Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Pursuant thereto, a settlement agreement dated 13.04.2026 has been placed before this Court by the learned Mediator. agreement bears the signatures of the petitioner and respondent No. 2, as well as their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. 4.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present petition may be disposed of in terms thereof, with the parties being bound by the terms and conditions recorded in the settlement agreement.

It is further observed that upon due implementation of the settlement, the parties shall be at liberty to seek appropriate relief, including quashing of the FIR, in accordance with law. 6.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any petition that may be filed hereafter, which shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law.
