Revision Petition has been filed against the Order on discharge of the Respondents for the offence under Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 vide Order dated 23.07.2025. 2.

Learned Prosecutor has taken a preliminary objection under that in terms of Section 14A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, it is an Appeal and not Revision, which is maintainable. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the same to file it afresh in accordance with the law. 4.

The present Petition alongwith pending Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
