The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the 'BNSS') seeking quashing of FIR No. 405/2024 registered at Police Station Nand Nagri under Sections 498A, 323, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as the 'IPC').

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that in view of the order dated 06.11.2025, passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (CIVIL) NO.514/2025, titled, Rafia Bano Vs. Naushad Ahamad, the FIR in the present petition was quashed, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
