This suit for partition of several properties, in accordance with Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, was transferred to the Court of the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, Delhi but has been received back with the report that none of the properties fall in the jurisdiction of that Court and that some of the properties fall in the jurisdiction of police station Defence Colony and which falls in South-East District.

The suit be accordingly transferred to District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi. It is made clear that since some of the properties subject matter of the suit fall within the jurisdiction of that Court, the suit should not be sent back on the ground that the other properties do not fall within the jurisdiction of that Court / district.
