The present Appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 ["CPC"] read with Section 10 (1) of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, assails the correctness of the ad-interim Order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A. 1939/2025 in CS (OS) No. 182 of 2023. 2.
By the Impugned Order, the learned Single Judge has directed the Defendants to pay a sum of Rs. 38,333.33/- to the Plaintiff, towards her 1/3rd share in the rent.

The application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC, is pending consideration before the learned Single Judge. The Appellants/Defendants have assailed the correctness of the aforesaid order, wherein the amount is presently payable on a monthly basis. 4.

granted to the Appellants/Defendants to file an appropriate application seeking modification of the Impugned Order before the learned Single Judge. Any such application shall be considered by the learned Single Judge at the time of deciding the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC.
