With a sincere intervention of learned counsel representing the parties, there is a settlement qua visitation rights during Deepawali. 2.

It is agreed that the Appellant along with his parents and sisters will visit the child in DLF Mall of India, Sector-18, Noida and the adjoining Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Near Wave Cinema, Sector-18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on 20.10.2025 from 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
