% 24.10.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.26/16 under Section 380 IPC registered at Police Station Bindapur. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 08.03.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation.
(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of BAIL APPLN. 501/2016
`40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.
