The solitary grievance which is raised on the writ petition is in respect of a failure on the part of the respondents to finalize the Show Cause Notice [„SCN‟] proceedings which had been commenced on 03 September 2024.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that despite a detailed reply having been submitted, the respondents have failed to dispose of the SCN proceedings. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the continued suspension of its Goods and Services Tax registration with effect from 03 September 2024.
