Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent-school and others for not complying with the directions given by this Court on 25.07.2024 in W.P. (C) No. 10169/2024. 2.
By virtue of the aforesaid order, respondent no.1/school was directed to treat the aforesaid writ petition as a representation and to take decision thereupon within a period of six weeks by a reasoned and speaking order. 3.
Admittedly, respondent-school has already passed a reasoned and speaking order on 10.10.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is limited to the effect that the aforesaid representation was not decided within the timeframe given by this Court.

permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file substantive writ petition challenging the aforesaid communication dated 10.10.2024. 5.
