This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 1 year for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the final arguments of the matter are yet to be concluded and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 4.
There is nobody appearing on behalf of the respondent in the present matter. However, Ms. Lakra, learned CGSC has appeared and accepted the notice in a connected matter being O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 877/2025. In O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 877/2025, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended by a period of 1 year with effect from 30.09.2025, in view of no objection by the respondent. 5.
Since the parties and the Arbitral Tribunal in the present matter and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/10/2025 at 14:13:07
O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 877/2025 are the same, I am inclined to allow the present petition.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for delay. In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period 1 year with effect from 30.09.2025 to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

The period from 30.09.2025 till today stands regularised. 8.
