Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned counsel for respondent submits that process is underway and the pensionary benefits in terms of order dated 27.05.2024 would be released to the petitioner and they would also provide the manner in which the aforesaid amount had been calculated by them. This would be done within six weeks from today.

Concerned officials are also present from the respondent department. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid assurance, petitioner, at the moment, does not press his present contempt petition. He, however, submits that if nothing happens despite expiry of six weeks, he may be permitted to revive the present contempt petition. 4.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
