The present petition under Sections 2 (b), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:- "a. Take cognizance of, inquire into and try the contempt committed by the contemnors and call the contemnors in person in this Hon'ble Court and punish them for willful disobedience of the directions given by this Hon'ble Court in its judgment dated 27.05.2024 passed by this Hon'bie Court in W.P.(C) No. 8035 of 2019. And b. Further ensure that the directions of this Hon'ble High Court in W.P. (C) No. 8035 of 2019 dated 27.05.2024 be compiled with in its true letter and spirit. And c. Direct the contemnors to pay the cost of-the extended litigation caused due to non compliance of the judgment dated 27.05.2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the judgment dated 27.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 8035/2019 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court has been complied with, and he does not wish to press the present petition.
