The Appellant has handed over the Demand Draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the Respondents. The parties shall move jointly for quashing/compounding of F.I.R. No. 39/2008 and other criminal cases which are pending. Respondents who are present submit that with the payment of Rs. 3,00,000/-, they shall have no further claims in the assets of their mother, Smt.Vimla Devi. No further orders are called for. The appeal already stands disposed of.
