% 28.11.2025 CM APPL. 74827/2025 By way of the present joint application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the parties seek leave to withdraw the present appeal in-lieu of the settlement arrived-at between them.

Ms. Diksha Kakkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits, that the parties have settled their inter-se disputes by way of the terms recorded in para 3 of the present application; that the terms of settlement be taken on record; and that the appellant be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

The appellant and the respondent are present in-person; and have been identified by learned counsel for the appellant. 4.
The court has interacted with the parties. They confirm the settlement and the terms set-out in para 3 of this application. 5.

The respondent also confirms that out of the total settlement amount of Rs.7,50,000/- he has received Rs.2,50,000/-; and the remaining amount will be paid in accordance with the timelines set-out in para 3 of the application.

The application is accordingly allowed.

The terms of the settlement are taken on record. 9.
Application stands disposed-of.

In view of the order passed above, the appeal is disposed-of as withdrawn, holding the parties bound by the terms of the settlement. 11.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 12.
As prayed-for by learned counsel for the appellant, in terms of section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi), the Registry is directed to refund 50% of the amount of court-fee affixed in the Memo of Appeal to the appellant.

The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favour of the appellant within 02 weeks.
14.
The next date of 12.01.2026 before the learned Joint-Registrar, stands cancelled.
