By way of present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 0912/2021 registered under Sections 147/148/149/302/34 IPC at P.S. Khayala, Delhi, granted to him by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2024 on medical grounds of his wife. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant's wife suffered an injury in her lower back and underwent the requisite surgery at Dashmesh Hospital, C-141, Shiv Nagar Extn., Jail Road, New Delhi - 110058. It is submitted that applicant's wife is still bedridden, thus, the presence of applicant is required to take care of his wife. In support, medical documents of petitioner's wife have been placed on record. 3.

Status/Verification Report is on record as per which, medical documents of the applicant's wife have been verified. Considering the aforesaid, applicant's bail is extended for another period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 06.11.2024.
